Produced in the famed tea growing region of Kyoto, the tea leaves are harvested and carefully steamed, rolled, and dried. Then they are expertly roasted to bring out the distinct notes of cocoa and earthy undertones that distinguish this smooth and nutty Japanese tea. Each hex jar contains 12 grams of Hojicha. (12 g ≈ 2 1/2 tsp)
